If the shipping status has not changed within 75 days – the package is considered lost and we send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever is more appropriate. If the initially shipped package is eventually received, you’ll need to cover the cost of the product and shipping.
If a parcel arrived at the destination country but the Buyer has not picked it up or has not contacted Customs when required, and the parcel is returned to the Seller, all shipping fees and any costs associated with the return are non‑refundable.
