These Terms of Service ("Terms of Service") govern the return, exchange and cancellation of products (“Products”) purchased from Elemyo Store – IE Mirsky (“Elemyo”), a business registered at Vitkin Yosef, 12C, Haifa, Israel (hereinafter, the “Seller”). This Return Policy applies to all purchases made by customers (“Buyer”). Buyer can submit the purchase of Products through the Seller’s online store available at website elemyo.com (“Store”) or via direct request through the official Seller’s email info@elemyo.com (“Purchase”).

Definitions

“Product” - individual Elemyo product purchased from the Elemyo online store, including but not limited to MYO v1.5, MYOblue v1.2, MYOstack v2.0 and USB Isolator, in any available set, and together with any accessories or components included in the original packaging at the time of sale.

1. Order Cancellation

The Buyer may cancel order in full in any time before the Products have been shipped.
To do so, please contact us immediately at info@elemyo.com. Orders cannot be cancelled after the Products have been shipped.

2. Warranty and Defective Products

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects or failure to meet specifications during the applicable Warranty Period:
  •    1 year for MYO v1.5, MYOblue v1.2 and MYOstack v2.0.
  •    90 days for USB Isolator
The Warranty Period starts on the date the order is delivered. During the warranty period, Elemyo will, free of charge, repair or replace any product that does not meet specifications (a 'Defective Product'). minor differences in design or appearance compared to what is shown in our Store do not mean the product is faulty or non‑functional. In such cases, the product will not be considered defective.
If your Product is found to be defective:
  1. Contact Elemyo promptly at info@elemyo.com. Our team will guide you through the troubleshooting process and provide further instructions.
  2. If the Product is confirmed to be defective after examination (which may include remote diagnostics or return of the product), we will send you, free of charge, a replacement or repaired Product within 1 (one) month after the examination.
  3. If replacement or repair is not possible, we will issue a full refund within 1 (one) month after completing the examination.
Note: Return shipping costs of defective Products must be prepaid by the Buyer. Elemyo does not cover return logistics.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Please, note, that for international orders import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the Product price or shipping costs. These charges are Buyers' responsibility.
We take full responsibility for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.
If you have not received your order on time, please contact us immediately at info@elemyo.com for further assistance.
If the shipping status has not changed within 75 days – the package is considered lost and we send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever is more appropriate. If the initially shipped package is eventually received, you’ll need to cover the cost of the product and shipping.
